I haven't run into many bugs that affect gameplay; they're more issues of things in the UI not disappearing when I expect it to, or the list of servers not scrolling properly. It seems pretty polished and ready for release. That's not to say that they won't (or shouldn't) fix things over the next few months. I think they'll figure out what needs to be done: tweaking of Open Grouping, adding in reverse questing, making the RvR a little more solid. War on the other hand looks a bit buggy at the moment but of course it should be seeing as it is the beta.
