Raganwald, without stepping foot into a raid instance, has achieved the goal of 700 agility. Actually, he exceeded that goal by 32 agility! Screenshot to prove it:

Raganwald is in a "tier 4 guild" now so we’ll see how his stats change after he starts earning some badges.
For some reason, lots of people said I wouldn’t be able to do this, but it was actually pretty easy. I just studied the threads on Survival hunters at ElitistJerks and used the Wowhead filtered search, and bam. I feel like I cheated a little with enchants, but it’s fair I think.
Next goal: 800 agility and hit cap.
